Returns & Refunds

For hygiene and safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns of opened or used skincare products.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will gladly assist with a replacement or refund, where appropriate.

Eligible Refunds or Replacements

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged or defective item
  • You received the wrong product

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Processing Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Products that have been opened or used, except in cases of defect or damage
  • Change-of-mind returns
  • Incorrect address information provided by the customer

If an order is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact us promptly so we can investigate and assist where possible.
